ResumeSnap provides AI-powered resume generation services. Our platform uses advanced artificial intelligence to create tailored, ATS-optimized resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn summaries based on your professional experience and target job descriptions.

2. Payment Terms

One-Time Payments: All purchases are one-time payments. There are no recurring subscriptions or automatic renewals.

Pricing Plans:

Single Resume: $9.99 - One tailored, ATS-optimized resume
Resume Bundle: $19.99 - Resume + Cover Letter + LinkedIn Summary
Unlimited (30 days): $29.99 - Unlimited generations for 30 days

Free Trial: Each user receives one (1) free resume generation to try the service.

Refund Policy: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at support@resumesnap.com within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund.

Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store or have access to your credit card information.

3. User Responsibilities

By using ResumeSnap, you agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information about your professional experience
Use the generated content responsibly and ethically
Not use the service for fraudulent or illegal purposes
Not attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the service
Not share your account or purchased credits with others

4. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain full ownership of all content you generate using ResumeSnap. The resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn summaries created through our service are yours to use, modify, and distribute as you see fit.

Our Platform: The ResumeSnap platform, including its design, code, algorithms, and branding, is our intellectual property and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

5. Service Availability

While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that ResumeSnap will be available at all times. We may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

6. Content Accuracy

ResumeSnap uses AI to generate content based on your input. While we strive for accuracy and quality, you are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before use. We recommend carefully proofreading all documents and ensuring they accurately represent your experience and qualifications.

7. Limitation of Liability

ResumeSnap is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

The results or outcomes of using generated content in job applications
Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in generated content
Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service
Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities

Our total liability to you for any claims related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to ResumeSnap at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service or engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
